What to send
Three things we especially want to hear
A figure that looks wrong
Send the salary you entered, every option you ticked, and the number you expected. That is enough for us to reproduce it. Corrections are our highest priority.
A calculator you want
If you keep working something out by hand, tell us what. Several of the tools on our list came from requests.
A rate that has changed
If HMRC or the Scottish Government has changed something and we have not caught up, a link to the announcement helps us fix it fast.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give tax advice, look at your personal circumstances, or deal with anything to do with your own HMRC record. For that, contact HMRC directly, or speak to a qualified accountant or adviser.

Privacy
If you email us we keep your message and address only as long as it takes to answer you and to check that the fix worked. We do not add you to any list. See the privacy policy for the detail.
